Order Cancellations 

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production on your piece begins, and orders can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Returns & Exchanges (Simple Change of Mind)

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a simple change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed. Please double-check your order details, size, and specifications before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at 032@studio032.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and its original packaging. Once verified, we will gladly assist you with a repair, replacement, or store credit.

Our pieces are backed by a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs/alterations.
