Orders & Production
All orders for our handcrafted sterling silver (.925) and fine silver (.999) jewelry are subject to availability. As each piece is carefully handcrafted to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before shipment.

Payment & Pricing
Payments are processed securely via our approved gateways at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, update product details, or modify services at any time without prior notice.

Shipping, US Shipping & Customs

General Shipping: Shipping times vary by destination, and the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

US Shipping: Orders shipped to the United States are typically delivered within 4–7 business days via tracked shipping services (Canada Post). Estimated delivery times are non-binding guidelines and may be subject to carrier or customs delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International customers, including those in the United States, are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges incurred upon entry into the destination country. (Note: US orders under $800 USD generally enter duty-free under Section 321 de minimis regulations)

Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production begins and due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for a simple change of mind or incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

Warranty & Claims
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number for assistance. Our pieces include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, which strictly excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Intellectual Property & Liability
All designs, product photographs, branding elements, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of STUDIO032. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STUDIO032 limits its liability regarding website use, product use, and purchase
